Paris Fashion Week kicked off with an exciting star turn, when archer and artist SAGG Napoli made her way into the Dior show! Earlier this week, we saw Dior’s Maria Grazia Chiuri present the most exciting moment of the season so far. In her Spring 2025 show, refined tailoring was paired with luxurious sportswear: a common theme throughout the season. Fashion Month, often referred to as the “Fashion Olympics,” lives up to its name – literally. In New York, London and Milan, we saw a number of celebrity athletes walk in the Spring 2025 fashion shows, proving that the worlds of fashion and sports have never been more intertwined. The City of Lights has seen the arrival of some stars

In Milan, Algerian Olympic boxing champion Iman Khalif appeared in the Bottega Veneta Spring 2025 Milan fashion show alongside Kendall Jenner, Jacob Elordi, Yara Shahidi, Julianne Moore and Michelle Yeoh (among others). Tennis stars Jannik Sinner, Taylor Fritz and Matteo Berrettini also appeared on the spring runway, with the latter two appearing in Boss’s Spring 2025 show alongside three-time Olympian fencing Miles Chamley-Watson. Designer Marco Falcioni said the show was about “getting out of the office,” with soccer legend David Beckham sitting in the front row. In other sports news, AVAVAV launches Spring 2025 collection

Across the pond, Olympians Keeley Hodgkinson and Katarina Johnson-Thompson and soccer stars Eberechi Eze and Marc Guehi attended the Burberry Spring 2025 show in the front row during London Fashion Week. Speaking of soccer, Arsenal FC hosted Labrum’s Spring 2025 fashion show, with Arsenal defensive midfielder Declan Rice making his runway debut.

In New York, Olympians Jordan Chiles, Suni Lee, Gabby Thomas and Noah Liles all attended New York Fashion Week for the first time. Lee has appeared front row at major shows including Brandon Maxwell, Off-White and Tommy Hilfiger, while Chiles made her runway debut with a floral, corset-inspired look to close Kim Shui’s Spring 2025 ready-to-wear show. “I’m very excited, but also very nervous,” she told Esquire before the show. Meanwhile, all eyes were on track and field darling Carolina Herrera and Tommy Hilfiger’s Gabby Thomas, sitting front row.

This season, Willy Chavarria has launched his Spring 2025 collection, as well as a collaboration with Adidas to launch “ready-to-wear and sneakers inspired by the ‘Jabbar’ style he designed for Kareem Abdul Jabbar in 1978 — the first ever designed by an athlete.” The collaboration wasn’t the only surprise, said Laia Garcia-Furtado, senior fashion news editor at Askew: Attendees were surprised when 100-meter gold medalist Noah Lyles finished the show in an athletic look. “I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little unsure about this outfit, but it’s a good thing.”

The spectacular show featured Portland Trail Blazers Jerami Grant walking the runway and NBA star Jordan Clarkson sitting in the front row. A few miles away from the ceremony, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson arrived at Giants Stadium wearing Ib Kamara’s Spring 2025 Off-White collection – which debuted on the New York Fashion Week runway that afternoon. Sports couple Frances Tiafoe and Ayana Brumfield also attended the Spring 2025 fashion show.
