TOKYO, Oct 11 (Askume) – Japanese Finance Minister Katsunobu Kato said on Friday he will attend the G7 and G20 financial leaders meetings later this year, as well as meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Moon said.

Kato told reporters at a news conference that he would travel to Washington from October 23 to 27 to attend the meetings.

“I look forward to building relationships with other finance ministers to discuss a variety of global economic and financial issues,” he said.
